1. Promoter The promoter is The Queensland Hotel.
2. Eligibility Entry is open to current financial Members of the Queensland Hotel only. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
3. Promotional Period The promotion commences at 9:30am on 1st February 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on 17 July 2026.
4. How to Enter 
• Members will receive one (1) entry for every $20 spent at the Queensland Hotel during the Promotional Period. 
• To receive an entry, purchases must be scanned against the Member’s valid membership card at the time of transaction. 
• Entries are automatically recorded via the membership system. 
• Transactions cannot be retrospectively applied.
5. Prize Draw 
• The draw will take place at the Queensland Hotel on 18 July 2026 at a time to be announced within the venue. 
• The winner MUST be present at the time of the draw. 
• The winner MUST produce their valid Queensland Hotel Membership Card upon request to claim the prize.
6. Winner Requirements 
• If the winner is not present at the time their name is announced, or cannot produce a valid Membership Card, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur immediately. 
• Winner must respond within 5 minutes or, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur immediately. 
• Redraws will continue until a valid winner is present and verified.
7. Prize 
The prize is cash. The total prize amount will be advertised within the venue. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.8. General Conditions 
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and membership status. 
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion if required. 
• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
